1. Returns

• Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: Your item needs to have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

• Delivery Estimate: Once processed, transit and delivery take approximately 5–7 business days.

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after the inspection.

• Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Processing Time: You will receive the credit within your bank or card issuer's standard window (typically 5–10 business days).
